Our offices are located within the Keran group headquarters in the Ile de Nantes. This location fosters synergy with the other companies of the group and allows us to offer a pleasant working environment in a modern, accessible and well-equipped building, with busway access, bicycle parking, a staff canteen and showers.
I’m a trained GIS geographer and have
been working for the last two years in the GeoFactory of GRTgaz in an Agile
environment (change management context) for the analysis, design and
supervision of the GIS solutions produced for specific sector needs.
What I like in my job is the
geographical dimension of the problems we have to deal with, in
particular, the consideration of the environment and its changes, as well
as the wide range and technical complexity of the issues that we have to
address, using cross-cutting tools to meet specific sector needs.
My tasks mainly concern the design and realisation
of web applications. This includes producing design workshops,
backlogs,
specifications and technical architecture, development
follow-up, scrum master tasks, some development work, testing and deployment.
I am also involved in managing the company’s
internal network.
My role is divided between the
day-to-day management of NAOMIS (team management, financial follow-up, HR,
etc.), business development and operational advice and assistance on projects.
In addition, I answer requests for assistance from the KERAN group's governance
on digital approaches and tools.
I appreciate the diversity of the work (governance,
management, technical), the permanent challenges, and the absence of routine. I
like to bring realistic, innovative and well-suited solutions to the
business using digital technology and its culture, methods and tools, and more
globally to understand and experience the impact of digital technology in
society in general.
My job involves many different tasks, such as preparing and submitting offers for calls for tenders, administrative follow-up from the start of projects to the invoicing, managing various admin matters (staffing, car fleet, employee travel, etc.), updating our references and communication tools (MyRefs, resume of employees, references, website etc.), and the organisation of in-company events.
I develop different modules for the Keran
group’s OMEGA application, ensuring that the application evolves to meet user
needs with the addition of new features.
Our work is not repetitive and we are
always learning new things; as you can't know everything, we have to constantly
research the latest developments in our languages, frameworks and tools.
I mainly work on projects concerning
data use: organisation and sharing of data, analysis solutions, data visualisation,
dashboards...
I enjoy assisting with the expression of
business needs and designing simple solutions so that users can easily access
the information they require. I am very happy to be working at Naomis on issues
of the environment and planning. It is also very important for me to work in a
team, to understand the skills and talents of others in order to progress as
a group.
I work as a functional project manager
which involves organising sprints, functional specifications, UX Design and
mock-ups, and as a data consultant on the entire data life cycle (from
strategic management to data valuation).
I love UX Design and Dataviz which require
both analytical rigour and creativity for user-friendly design. I
like the diverse nature of projects in my job, as well as working for
communities or organisations whose purpose is serving the general interest
rather than profit.
